Delivery

Delivery to a UK address is only £2.00 per order, for any number of items.

Delivery to Europe is £5.00 per item.

Delivery to the Rest of the world is £9.00 per item.

Eaglemoss Consumer Publications use Royal Mail or Parcel Force for all deliveries.

Eaglemoss endeavour to despatch within three days from receipt of order. All orders should be delivered well within ten days of receipt of order.

Deliveries to multiple addresses - If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.

We will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order received shortly after your order is placed.

If you are out when the product is delivered (and it is too large to fit through your letterbox) the Royal Mail or Parcel Force should leave a card.

If you are unhappy with any product received, for any reason, you can return it (within 21 days) in its original state for a full refund. Ring 0845 0948128.

Privacy

Names, phone numbers, e-mail and mailing addresses, and other personal information are collected only as part of purchase of our products. We will not make your personal information available to anyone, with the exception of our fulfilment houses and other partners, without your written consent.

When you buy any of our products, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and credit card data. This information allows us to process and fulfil your order, and contact you if we need additional information. (We may also use this information in conjunction with cookies in order to help us better understand individual customer needs and behaviour, as well as to tailor web site content and marketing messages to your interests.) When you enter a contest or sign up for another promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the event, notify winners and develop customer marketing messages tailored to your interests. We may also use the information we collect to notify you about important new products and special offers we think you'll find valuable.

When you place orders or register your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorised access via a highly secure firewall.
