Moorish comfort food that everyone will love. And it’s ready in less than 30 minutes!
1 Toss onions in vinegar and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
2 Cook pasta shapes and sausages according to each packet’s instructions.
3 Meanwhile, melt butter with olive oil and fry onions with red wine vinegar for 5 minutes until just softened. Add honey and cook for a further 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
4 Gently heat cream with mustard for 2-3 minutes until hot. Drain pasta and cut sausages into chunks. Mix with onions and cream. Spoon into pasta bowls and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
