Seafood Spaghetti

Spaghetti 350g (12oz)
Light olive oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1, peeled and chopped
Garlic 3 cloves, peeled and chopped
Crushed chilli flakes a pinch
Seafood cocktail 450g (1lb), defrosted
Chopped tomatoes with herbs 400g can
White wine 150ml (¼ pint)
Basil leaves handful, torn
Parmesan to serve
1 Cook spaghetti according to the packet instructions.
2 Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Stir in onion and garlic and sauté for 3–4 minutes, until softened. Add chilli flakes, drained seafood, chopped tomatoes and wine. Cook gently for 4–5 minutes. Season to taste.
3 Drain spaghetti and return to pan. Stir in seafood sauce until pasta is coated thoroughly.
4 Spoon into warmed pasta bowls. Sprinkle over torn basil leaves and Parmesan and serve.
