A beautiful Rhubarb & Custard Cocktail from the Dairy Diary 2020.



Rhubarb & Custard Cocktail

Ingredients

Vanilla syrup 6 tsp

Rhubarb gin 4 tbsp

Sparkling white grape juice 300ml (½ pint), chilled

Ice cubes to serve

Instructions

Put 3 teaspoons vanilla syrup and 2 tablespoons rhubarb gin into two glasses. Mix well.

Pour 150ml (¼ pint) grape juice into each glass, stir and serve with ice.
