Banana Tartine

A quick and easy Banana Tartine recipe from the Quick After Work Cookbook.



Banana Tartine

Ingredients

Fruit bread (such as cinnamon and raisin loaf) 4 thick slices

Ricotta cheese 110g (4oz)

Bananas 2 small ripe, peeled

Chopped pistachios 1 tbsp

Clear honey around 4 tsp

Strawberries a handful, sliced (optional)

Instructions

Toast the bread. Spread with the ricotta then arrange slices of banana on top.

Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and drizzle with honey. Serve with sliced strawberries, if you like.
