
Bonfire Night Hot Chocolate
A sweet treat to warm you up while watching the fireworks or to be enjoyed at any time of year! This Bonfire Night Hot Chocolate recipe contains honeycomb, spices and marmalade to add texture and flavour. Taken from the Dairy Diary 2024.

Ingredients
Milk 800ml (1 ¼ pints)
Milk chocolate 110g (4oz), finely chopped
Mixed spice ½ tsp
Chocolate honeycomb spread 4 tbsp
Shredless marmalade 2 tbsp
Whipped cream and marshmallows
to serve (optional)
to serve (optional)
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a pan and heat gently, stirring, until completely combined.

When completely combined and hot but not boiling, ladle into mugs.

Top with whipped cream and marshmallows, if using, and serve immediately.
