Christmas Grazing Platter Wreath

A stunning Christmas Grazing Platter Wreath that will make an amazing centrepiece. So easy to put together yet so effective. Taken from the Dairy Diary.



Christmas Grazing Platter Wreath

Ingredients

Fresh herb sprigs such as rosemary and bay

Sliced continental meats a selection

Soft and hard cheeses a selection

Salad vegetables such as cherry tomatoes, mini cucumbers, celery

Mini breadsticks and savoury crackers

Fresh fruit such as figs, blueberries, grapes, clementines, pomegranate seeds

Dried fruit such as dried apricots, dates

Mixed nuts

Olives

Dips, chutneys and pickles

Instructions

Take a large, round flat platter or chopping board. Snip sprigs of rosemary and bay and arrange around the edge of the platter.

If using dips, chutneys, pickles, olives or nuts, place into small, shallow bowls and place evenly around.

Arrange piles of other ingredients between the bowls, leaving a gap in the centre to resemble a wreath. Scatter with pomegranate seeds for a finishing touch.
