Coronation Chicken Wraps
Quick and tasty coronation chicken wraps taken from A Zest for Life Cookbook.
Ingredients
Cooked chicken tikka breast slices 160g pack, chopped
Raisins 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Little Gem lettuce 1, trimmed and sliced
Tortilla wraps 2
Instructions

Mix the chicken with the raisins and mayonnaise.

Scatter the lettuce over the wraps and top with the chicken mixture. Fold the ends in and then roll up. Cut each wrap in half and serve.
