Nutcracker glitter cocktail

Nutcracker Glitter Cocktail

A especially festive cocktail with amaretto and vodka which is sweetened with almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla. Sprinkled with glitter for the ultimate sparkly festive tipple! Taken from the Diary Diary.



Nutcracker glitter cocktail

Ingredients

Amaretto liqueur such as Disaronno, 50ml (1½fl oz)

Vodka 80ml (2½fl oz)

Unsweetened almond drink 200ml (7fl oz)

Maple syrup 1 tbsp

Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Ice cubes a handful

Vegan whipping cream such as Oatly, 100ml (3½fl oz)

Gold edible glitter ¼ tsp

Instructions

Pour Amaretto liqueur, vodka, almond drink, maple syrup and vanilla extract into a cocktail shaker and add a handful of ice cubes. Cover and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

Strain into two chilled glasses

Whip vegan cream to soft peaks, spoon on top of the cocktail then sprinkle with the edible gold glitter to serve.
