Salmon Roll Ups
A delicious Salmon Roll Ups recipe from The Dairy Book of Home Cookery.
Ingredients
110g (4oz) medium fat soft cheese
4 tbsp soured cream
2 spring onions, trimmed and finely chopped
Pinch of ground bay leaves
Freshly ground black pepper
110g (4oz) thinly sliced smoked salmon
Salad leaves to garnish
Instructions

Mix together all ingredients except salmon.

Arrange salmon on cling film in a 20 x 15cm (8 x 6in) rectangle. Spread mixture on top and roll up (removing film as you roll). Chill.

Slice and serve garnished with leaves.
